Booking Policy:

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received part/full payments in advance
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 3 days prior to departure date.
• Company has the right to cancel your participation, Incase of delay or non-payment on remaining balance.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund 14 days prior to departure date, exclusive of GST, Train/Flight or Bus ticket cancellation charges.
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation is done between 14 to 3 days prior to departure date or full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short events in the next two months or You can transfer a seat to your friends/family members.
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation is done between 3 to 1 days prior to departure date or 70% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short events in the next two months or You can transfer a seat to your friends/family members.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation is done, less than 1 day prior to the event date. If possible and convenient from our end, you can transfer the seat to your friends/family members.
• If you have made a group booking and one or more of the group members cancel their participation, The same booking and cancellation policy will apply.

Exclusion:

• 5% GST
• Any personal expenses not mentioned above
• Monument/ Monastery entry tickets
• Extra meals, beverage not mentioned above
• Sight seeing or local transportation in Delhi
• Any cost arising due to any unforeseen situation including any medical emergency or natural calamities

• There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organizers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to take decisions in favor of each participant.
• Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
• Smoking or drinking alcohol, indulging in drugs or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage it to do the same anywhere else.
• Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organizers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of intentional delays, property damage, vehicle damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
